Checked in early and was told to leave because there's no room. Found a spot 15mins away to park and wait. Called to check on the status and was told "I have the wrong number." Then told to call back with my PO# which I gave them. Then was told they'll let me know. That was 1.5hrs ago. Now seeing what the broker wants to do. Don't pick up from here. Seems disorganized

Ridiculous! Check in on the busy street with the guy allegedly coming up to take your information. Again , it’s from the busy street with all bunch of hazards and dangers to the traffic that’s trying to navigate around the trucks . After checking in , you’re told to leave and wait for the phone call. Problem is , there’s no safe parking around the area no wider roads and such . Inside , a small space to maneuver back . Nobody speaks English.

Showed up and hour early for a 9am pickup on Sunday. Was instructed to park on a side street and wait for a call. It is now 8pm and there has been no call. To hell with with place. I'm going to a truck stop to wait for dispatch to either find me something else or find out what the hell is wrong with these people's scheduling pickups. How about this: schedule trucks to arrive when you actually want them on your property and not parking all over the neighborhood waiting for a call or a potential parking ticket!

Appt was for 9am on a Saturday morning, got here at 8am when they opened was met at gate got checked in parked in 4spot stagging area was called to door at appt time and being loaded up!! Place is small size no overnight parking and no truck parking around!! Suggest coming 1hr before appt time they do have a portable potty by the 4 spot stagging area but again this is weekend don't know how during week is staff is very nice they'll even help you back in if needed which I didnt!! Set reefer to 34 or 35 precool!! And it's a high traffic area with local drivers coming in and out but you do have room to back in and out with a 53ft reefer just watch the space between you and the fence! Was out by 10:15 am

NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE! The worst place I’ve ever been. I’ve been waiting for a door for over 24 hours, and I'm still waiting. They don't answer phone calls, and there's no parking available nearby. You can park at Walmart, but it's on your own risk. Don't park on the side of the road, or you'll get a ticket. Backing in is very tight
